In These Moments - October | End Of Summer
In These Moments - The October edition of our blog circle is here! Find your way around the circle to see how we feature - All Things Summer! I'm sure some of you will appreciate the warmth of summer as your temperatures have already begun to drop. Us, not so much, but we can dream and long for your winter posts!
Fall is here - well in most other parts of the country - all things pumpkin have returned - school is in full swing and summer is a thing of awesome memories. Fun. Family. Vacation.
What could signal summer more than one last run from the school bus?
We always begin (and end) the summers with birthday celebrations! Why do they have to grow up so fast? Time flies and and I feel like I'm always running to keep up with it.
Soccer camp and a tiny visitor - check out that belly and smile - :)
The highlight of summer was our family trek to my parent's house in The Adirondack Mountains of New York! The kids and I pack up in the car for the 3 day voyage - it's actually a part of the trip we all look forward to and this year was even better since my sister and niece joined in on the fun. Mountains, brown water swimming (aka. lake swimming), campfires, blueberry picking and lots of laughs made up our time together.
We definitely wore out Mom!
Thankfully I managed at least one image where all four kiddos are in the frame together! They're barely home together these days let alone allow me to take their photo together.
By the time these two birthdays roll around summer is over and school is back :( What did you do this summer? Here's a video I put together about our time in New York.
